I just published two more NetBeans IDE 6.1 tutorials.

Getting Started With Ruby and Rails is a quick tutorial that shows off many of the NetBeans features.

Using Java Libraries in Rails Applications shows to use the Java API in Rails applications. In this tutorial, you use the FreeTTS speech synthesis Java libraries to enable users to listen to blog posts. I have fun testing this tutorial and listening to the funny sounding man in my computer read my blogs to me. I got quite a bit of help and advice from
NetBeans Ruby users
for the final bits of code. Thanks for the help guys! I do appreciate it.
